Presentation Guidelines

Oral Presentations

Speakers (Plenary, Invited Talks and Oral Contributions) are requested to bring their presentations on an USB stick. The presentation should be either in PowerPoint or PDF Format. Please note that the format will be changed at the speaker presentation room, depending on the room location.

If you wish to add the logo of the conference or use a template, you can download them here.

The duration of your talk has been communicated to you in your abstract notification email.

The Speaker Room, where you can upload your presentations, can be found on Level 1, next to the main room. A technician will be there to help you. Please upload your presentation at least 1/2 a day before your presentation, i.e. the day before if you have a presentation in the morning or in the morning if you presentation is in the afternoon.

Poster Presentations

Posters must be in A0 (841 x 1189 mm), portrait. Please note that landscape posters DO NOT fit on the poster board.

Poster presenters are requested to hang their posters in the morning of their session. A Help Desk is situated on Level -1, who will provide you with the materials to hang your posters. Please DO NOT use your own materials!

Please remove your posters in the evening after your session. Posters that are not removed prior to the next session will be discarded.

Poster presenters are kindly requested to bring their poster on a USB Stick in PDF format and to upload the Poster in the Speaker Room. Thank you!
